>> My name is Rick Olivieri [assumed spelling], and I'm sports business consultant. I was working with the Washington Capitals for about seven years, and decided to find some new challenges. And I was fortunate. I actually just got back from seven months in Las Vegas, Nevada. Working for the group that's trying to bring an NHL team to Las Vegas. I was part of the sales and business development team, and if we succeed it would be the first major professional team in Las Vegas history. So, pretty exciting to be a part of that from the ground up. Actually a former client of mine from Washington, was the one who reached out to me on LinkedIn, and she was living in Las Vegas. Had signed up for season tickets, and had expressed an interest in working for the group, and found out that they were hiring. And she sent me a message on LinkedIn and it just -- the timing worked out great for me, that I was looking for that opportunity. And so I went out there and was, you know, part of a fantastic experience. But, I've done some other projects as well. I was also lucky this summer to work with Manchester United on their US Tour. So, I spent three weeks travelling with the biggest soccer team in the World. I was with them in Seattle, San Jose, in Chicago. With the hotel, traveling with the team. Kind of helping out with logistics for the practices and the game day logistics. And that's something I've been doing for another agency for about ten years, since I was a Temple student. And that all started from a volunteer opportunity that I had at Temple, that, you know, turned into a relationship that I've had with the agency for a long, long time. And I've always been able to -- been lucky to take time off of work to go work for that agency in the summers, during these soccer tours. And I've worked with A.C. Milan, and A.S. Roma. And this summer, Manchester United, which were just incredible experiences for me, especially being a big, big soccer fan. It's kind of surreal to have that opportunity.
